How should we spend our Sundays?

Sundays should be the day of rest, health, peace and prayer.

We should stay away from business and financial activities and allow our mind to refresh.

 What activities contribute to that:

  • Sleeping longer
  • Taking a nap
  • Meditation
  • Connecting with friends and family
  • Prayer
  • Thinking about the purpose of our life in every area of it
  • Physical health actions
  • Mental health actions
  • Emotional health actions
  • Going to nature for a walk, run or cycle alone or with companions
